What parking costs on CarBNP
You pay for the hour, day or month you book. That’s the host’s price plus a small service fee that covers card processing. There’s no membership fee, the app is free, and a monthly booking can be cancelled any time.
How the price adds up
Each host sets their own price. On top of it you pay a small service fee that covers card processing.

- You can book as a guest with just your email and a 6-digit code.

Hosts set their own prices
So prices vary from one space to the next. Here’s the range on the map in Sofia.

When you get your money back
- Hourly and daily
- These aren’t refunded if you cancel, so book the time you’re sure you need.
- Monthly
- Cancel any time. Your booking runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- If you can’t park
- Someone’s in your bay, the gate won’t open or the bay is blocked? Report it from your booking and pick what suits you: move to another bay, wait while the host clears it (we add the lost time back), or get a refund. The host has 10 minutes to answer, and if they confirm, you get a full refund to your wallet or card.
- If the host doesn’t answer
- Small bookings are refunded automatically, and our support team looks at the rest. Monthly bookings are settled by support.
Listing your space is free
You set the price and the hours, and you get paid for the time drivers park there. CarBNP keeps 10% of each booking; the rest goes to your bank. The driver’s service fee is paid on top, so it never comes out of your share.

It’s a small amount on top of the host’s price that covers card processing. On a €3 booking it’s €0.32, on €12 it’s €0.45 and on €110 it’s €1.95. You always see the exact amount before you pay.
Is there a membership or an app fee?
No. The app is free, and there’s no membership fee for drivers or hosts. You only pay for the parking you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Hourly and daily bookings aren’t refunded if you cancel. A monthly booking can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. If you get there and can’t park, report it from your booking, and you can get a full refund once the host confirms.
How much does CarBNP keep when I host?
CarBNP keeps 10% of each booking; the rest is paid to your bank. Listing your space is free. Partners who run larger car parks have their own contract terms.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, all processed by Stripe. You can also book as a guest, with just your email and a 6-digit code.
