Drivers book and pay ahead

Drivers get in without you
You don’t have to be home or hand over keys. Your listing tells each driver how to reach the bay and get in, so pick what fits your space.

If your gate has automated access, the driver opens it from their phone during the booking.
Access code
Add a code for the gate or the door. The driver sees it on their booking.
Open access
No gate at all. The driver follows your directions to the bay, for example “Level −1, bay 12, next to the lift”.
Automated garage door
An ordinary garage door? We can automate it, so it opens for booked drivers.
Car parks with a security guard can list that too. The guard checks the driver’s booking.
When a driver can’t park
Now and then the bay is taken, the gate won’t open or something is blocking it. The driver reports it from their booking, and you get 10 minutes to answer.

Can I rent out my garage only on weekdays?
Yes. You choose the days and hours drivers can book, for example Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and the rest of the time the garage is yours. Change the hours or block a date whenever you need to.
Do I need to be there when the driver arrives?
No. Drivers get in the way your listing describes: a gate that opens from the app, an access code, a security guard, or open access with your directions to the bay.
Can CarBNP automate my garage door?
Yes. CarBNP can automate an ordinary garage door so it opens for drivers during their booking, and you don’t hand anyone a key. Tell us about your door and we’ll say what it needs.
What if a driver can’t park in my space?
They report it from the booking, and you have 10 minutes to answer. If you confirm the problem, the driver gets a full refund. If you don’t answer in time, small bookings are refunded automatically and support checks the rest. Monthly bookings are settled by support.
What happens when a driver cancels?
Hourly and daily bookings aren’t refunded when a driver cancels. A monthly booking can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month already paid.
