Rent out your garage or parking space in Sofia
If your garage or bay in Sofia sits empty while you’re at work or away, list it on CarBNP and drivers can book those hours. You set the price and when it’s free, drivers get in without you, and you’re paid to your bank automatically.
Every day, drivers look for somewhere to park around the centre: people heading to the office, to an appointment, or to a concert at NDK or a show at the National Theatre. Street bays in the blue and green zones have time limits and fill up at busy times, so a private space a short walk away is worth booking ahead.

Questions from hosts in Sofia
All host questionsHow much should I charge for a parking space in Sofia?
That’s up to you. Hosts in Sofia set €0.50–€5.00 an hour, €5–€20 a day and €40–€250 a month on CarBNP today. CarBNP keeps 10% of each booking, and drivers pay a small service fee on top of your price.
Can I rent out my garage in Sofia only while I’m at work?
Yes. Choose the days and hours drivers can book, for example weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, and the garage is yours the rest of the time. Block any date you need it yourself.
How do drivers get into my garage if I’m not there?
The way your listing describes: a gate that opens from the app, an access code, or open access with your directions to the bay. CarBNP can also automate an ordinary garage door so it opens for drivers during their booking.
