Questions about monthly parking

Each host sets their own price. Right now the monthly space in Bansko costs €150 a month. A small fee for card processing is added at checkout, and you see it before you pay: on €110.00 it’s €1.95.
Can I cancel a monthly booking?
Yes, any time, with no notice period. The booking runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
How do I get into the space every day?
Each space says on its page: a gate that opens from the app, an access code, a security guard or open access. With a gate, you open it from your phone for as long as your booking runs.
What if my bay is taken?
Report it from your booking. That covers a bay that’s taken, a gate that won’t open or a bay that’s blocked. For monthly bookings, our support team sorts it out with you.
Do I need an account or the app?
No. You can book on the website as a guest with just your email and a 6-digit code we send you. You can also use the CarBNP app for iOS and Android.
Have a space you don’t use every day?
Rent it out by the month or by the hour. You choose the price and when it’s free, and drivers get in without you.
