How renting by the month works

  1. Step 1

    Pick your space

Each space shows its monthly price, what it has, such as cover or CCTV, and how you get in.

  2. Step 2

    Pay for the first month

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as a guest or with an account. You see the full amount before you pay. After that, your card is charged 3 days before each new month.

  3. Step 3

    Park there every day

Open the gate from your phone, use the access code, or show your booking to the guard, depending on the space.

Questions about monthly parking

All questions in the Help centre

How much does a parking space cost per month in Sofia?

Each host sets their own price. Right now most monthly spaces in Sofia cost €70–€199 a month, from €40–€250. A small fee for card processing is added at checkout, and you see it before you pay: on €110.00 it’s €1.95.

Can I cancel a monthly booking?

Yes, any time, with no notice period. The booking runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again.

How do I get into the space every day?

Each space says on its page: a gate that opens from the app, an access code, a security guard or open access. With a gate, you open it from your phone for as long as your booking runs.

What if my bay is taken?

Report it from your booking. That covers a bay that’s taken, a gate that won’t open or a bay that’s blocked. For monthly bookings, our support team sorts it out with you.

Do I need an account or the app?

No. You can book on the website as a guest with just your email and a 6-digit code we send you. You can also use the CarBNP app for iOS and Android.

Have a space you don’t use every day?

Rent it out by the month or by the hour. You choose the price and when it’s free, and drivers get in without you.
